How long does it take
The typical planning application can take 6 months to 1 year to successful completion.
This takes into account a number of resubmissions to the planning authorities to address any issues that may have been raised.
Throughout this time Castlerow will manage all contact with the required parties and provide constant feedback so the current state of the application is always known together with the next steps and their associated timescales.
Qualification Size
Whilst we would like to help everyone with their planning applications, practically we can only take on those clients who are looking to progress an application on land over 1/2 acre in size.
